Power Grip Guard Air Tank Handle from Power Tank. Our last handle design was a breakthrough for us. It was stronger, better looking and more functional than the previous three versions. In 2017 we changed the design to be even more functional with patented hose holders and a tool holder. The grip design is ergonomic and the powder coat finish is second to none. All hardware is stainless steel. And of course, while others are casting their parts in China we are machining our parts in the USA out of 6061-T6 billet aluminum.

The Power Grip Guard is arguably the most important component on your Power Tank as it is designed to protect the Super Flow regulator and the main valve from damage in the case of an accident. It is only available on Power Tanks, beware of imitators. Designed to withstand a 4 ft. drop. The Power Grip Guards are guaranteed for life! Great to have on your spare tanks too. Every Power Tank system comes with the new power grip guard. Fits most CO2, scuba, and other gas cylinders with a straight neck.

The latest update for our Power Grip Guards is a new satin black finish with a contrasting Gloss Black. The main sections of the handle are in between a matte and gloss black which better hides scratches and gives a more ruggedized look.

• Fitment: Different bottles manufactured in the US have different neck diameters. The standard Power Tank collar fits two different radii. You can also choose a manufacturer specific collar. The manufacturer will be stamped on the shoulder of your bottle among the other markings and will likely read Catalina (or CAT) or Luxfer if it is a US made bottle. For best fit, measure your neck diameter before ordering.
