Years ago when SpeedStrap went into the limiting strap business, they discovered that limiting strap failure was caused by 2 different elements. The first element was abrasion caused by dirt, mud, oil or rubbing against other surfaces during the suspension cycle. The second element of failure was alignment. In most cases the strap was bolted tight at the top and bottom so it would not follow the suspension travel. By using this clevis you have the ability to adjust your limit strap to the desired length and allow the strap to articulate and pull straight. Stainless steel bushings bring it all together. Applications for 1, 2 or 3 limiting straps per clevis.

Just rest your stock spare tire in the bed of the vehicle and lean it back between the cage supports. The tie down simply wraps around the cage support bar and attaches to the bed with the supplied eyelets creating a 3-point tie down that will keep your tire tucked up and out of the way with room to spare! It is the lightest and most affordable way to carry an extra tire and wheel.

This is a sweet kit for the bed of your XP 1000. It allows you to stand up your spare using factory locations. The supplied aluminum track has 3 mounting holes that line up to the factory bed fasteners. Bolt it down with the supplied hardware and you can stand up a spare and use the additional single stud fitting to tie additional cargo down in the bed.
